You may reserve cabins for lawful personal use only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt our system, make false bookings, or use the site in any way that could harm Arcadehouse or other guests.
Every cabin stay is defined by a booking confirmation that shows your dates, cabin, total price, and house rules. That confirmation takes precedence over general information on this website and is your agreement with us.
Rates, deposit requirements, and cancellation deadlines are shown at checkout and confirmed in your booking. Unless stated otherwise, full payment is due by the date noted in your confirmation email.
Your reservation secures your lakeside cabin for the dates selected. Once payment is received, the booking is confirmed and the log cabin is held exclusively for you. We may feature photos of Arcadehouse cabins and mountain lake views on our site and social media to showcase the experience, unless you request otherwise.
We maintain our wooden cabins and facilities with genuine care. Our liability for any issues during your stay is limited to the nightly rate paid, to the extent the law allows. We encourage you to report any concerns immediately so we can make your time by the still water as comfortable as possible.
